Terms of Service

Welcome to Ride Black Cars. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our luxury chauffeur transportation services, website, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”). By booking a ride, using our Services, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Ride Black Cars reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All reservations must be made through our website, mobile app, or by calling our 24/7 dispatch center. Advance bookings are strongly recommended, especially for airport transfers, corporate travel, and special events.

When booking, you agree to provide accurate passenger information, pickup and drop-off details, and a valid payment method. Ride Black Cars is not responsible for delays or missed reservations caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full fare. For hourly charters and event bookings, our cancellation policy may require 24 hours notice.

All fares are quoted in U.S. Dollars and include applicable taxes and fees. Gratuity is not included unless specified at booking. We accept all major credit cards, corporate accounts, and approved payment methods.

Corporate account clients are billed on a net-15 or net-30 basis depending on the agreement. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.

Additional charges may apply for: wait time beyond the complimentary grace period, extra stops, vehicle upgrades, tolls, parking fees, and cleaning fees for damage or excessive soiling.

Ride Black Cars commits to punctuality, professionalism, and discretion. Our chauffeurs are licensed, background-checked, and trained to deliver a luxury experience.

Complimentary wait time is provided for all pickups: 60 minutes for airport arrivals (after flight lands) and 15 minutes for all other locations. Beyond this grace period, additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate.

Flight tracking is included for airport pickups. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust the pickup time at no extra charge.

Ride Black Cars maintains comprehensive commercial auto insurance coverage for all vehicles and passengers. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the specific trip in question, except where prohibited by law.

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Ride Black Cars is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in vehicles.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Excessive intoxication, abusive behavior toward chauffeurs, or damage to vehicles may result in immediate termination of service and additional charges.

Animals are permitted only in pet-friendly vehicles and must be disclosed at the time of booking. Service animals are always welcome in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
